WHAT: Lelouch (and possibly Iggy) is breaking down after Nunnally disappears; Rei shows up to make sure he doesn't do anything stupid.

Rei had abandoned the journal at home as soon as she had some clue where to find Lelouch. She couldn't think where else she might find him, with the mention of needles by the men in the background. The clinic was the most obvious choice.

She'd been saving money to get a bike for quite some time, but she still wasn't quite there. As quickly as she wanted to get there, it looked like she'd have no choice but to hoof it across town. She was worried though, and the adrenaline pushed her to run for quite a bit longer than she would be able normally.

Regardless, Rei was panting when she burst through the clinic doors. She took a moment to lean forward and catch her breath. It didn't take more than a brief inquiry at the front desk to find someone who would lead her back to where Lelouch was temporarily being kept.

Rei sighed quietly as she stepped into the room, crossing her arms and taking a seat in a chair beside the bed. There was something very depressing about seeing him tied down, and it reminded her once again of how incredibly stupid boys were. Where did he really think this would get him? Did he honestly believe it would help get Nunnally back?

"That wasn't the smartest thing to do," she said quietly. Her tone lacked its usual conviction though, absent of anger. How could she be angry at him for his pain? ...she would feel the same if Minako disappeared.
