Couldn't resist. :3a wingsnotwords July 6 2009, 22:58:03 UTC
[Sun was always good, wasn't it? It made you feel alive, it made you warm. It was a comfort, in a way. And Nill wasn't oblivious to these facts. She always took Haine(the dog -- not Heine, the person, of course!) for walks in the mornings, when it was sunny. When there was that smell to the air that was described no better than a sunny morning.

The beach was always a good destination. It was quiet, it was peaceful, and the wide expanse of water always fascinated her. Back in her world, she'd never seen the ocean before coming here.

Her wings are a little awkward, still bandaged up from the broken bone in the one wing wrapped awkwardly in a splint. It made it hard to throw the ball for Haine -- it hurt, so she didn't throw it as far, but the dog didn't seem to mind -- but she did anyways.

She sat quietly, barefeet with her shoes beside her, on a piece of log that had gotten there who-knows-how(tsunami? the monsters?), twisting her feet in the sand and waiting on the gray dog as it chased after the ball she'd thrown.]

YHALOTHAR NISE AND NILL 8'D solidor_heir July 7 2009, 00:22:47 UTC
{Everyday was a new adventure for the young adolescent ever since he resigned from his Conciliar post. All the rights young boys had to a childhood had been postponed for him, and he was enjoying discovering each and every new freedom.

Larsa still felt self-conscious at times, but the insatiable curiosity in him saw him remove his shoes and socks before he began a leisurely walk along the shoreline.

He soon spotted two figures- one familiar and one unfamiliar, whom he greeted cheerily}

Good morning.

[ Nill's arrival was not that much of a surprise, considering Nise's ability to identify people's "scents", and categorize them into "light" and "dark". Nill's of course, was something pure and full of light, and even though he didn't know her personally, but only saw her through the journals, maybe around the islands once or twice, she looked to be enjoying the beach today just as he was. And to have Larsa drop by, too? Well. It was a very pleasant surprise. He had felt that his friend, despite being on the same island all this time, was somewhere else entirely. He hadn't had the chance to talk to him that much, let alone hang out, so to have him drop by was really a great pleasure.

Nise stood up and patted his shorts and bottom free of sand, and left his sandals where they were to go midways of Nill and Larsa. He gave Nill a bright smile and then turned to Larsa, more than happy to see him. ]

Larsa! Finally decided to come outside to get some sun? [ his tone was teasing, but the fondness shone in his eyes ]

[Nill hears their voices as Haine dashes back to her with his ball in his mouth, putting his head on her lap and letting her carefully pull the ball from him. Almost immediately, Haine's wiggling back, waiting for her to throw the ball.

But she's turned her gaze to watch the two men. She tilts her head to the side a little, wondering who they are. She's never met them before. Then again, Nill hasn't met a lot of people. It was easier to meet people over the journal, where she could communicate much easier.

She doesn't want to stare, though, and quickly turns her head again to finally give the ball another weak throw for Haine.]

{His expression broke into a wide smile at his friend's words. It had been some time since he had seen Nise, and he had been denied the chance to meet with him after he had returned due to Larsa's demanding schedule at the Council. Now though, he was free from all that.}

I certainly did! And I have the freckles to prove it.

{Unheard of for a Solidor to develop freckles, since they were usually bound to indoor politics but Larsa proved the exception. Now that he was no longer cooped up inside, he spent leisurely hours in the sunlight which lead to a smattering of faint freckles across the bridge of his nose and the tops of his cheeks}

And hello Miss. It's a beautiful day, isn't it?
