This was just awesome. Making his way down the promenade towards the Clinic at the edge of town, Gokudera couldn’t help grinning to himself in almost childish anticipation. A real exorcist. He wouldn’t have willingly admitted this to anyone but, even if general television naturally bored him, the grey-haired teenager held a secret weakness for exorcism programs. That and supernatural documentations, talk shows of the surreal, psychics, ghost hunts … anything that bordered on the topic of the Other Side just never failed to fascinated him. And what better way to come in touch with it yourself than getting private lessons from a real life exorcist.
No, seriously, this was just too cool.
He had learned a few basic spells and hand-gestures from those very TV shows but that was nothing in comparison to what he might learn from Ms. Matsuzaki. After all, television was only a reliable source within reason and he was willing to pick up as much as he could in the little time he had to experience the real thing. Rivelata had its good sides, after all. How awesome it would be to come home with that kind of knowledge …
Not to mention that his nightly intruder would surely cease provide him with any more trouble. One last visit and he would - hopefully - be able to exorcise it himself. He could even pass the knowledge on to Badou, if he wanted. It was truly a blessing that he had met Ayako Matsuzaki. Eyes shining with excitement, Gokudera reached the Clinic, tossing his cigarette into the bushes before entering and looked around, trying to spot his tutor.
