He had to admit, this was not predicted at all. Many people came to Rivelata and most of the time, someone would reconize the person from their own world. This all was fine by L, since he found it all interesting. He simply got to sit and watch the journals and see what the others or the person themself would reveal about them. Since he had arrived in Rivelata, there were even a few people that L knew who arrived. There was the shinigami, Light and Misa. He had heard that there were even others from their world before he arrived. ...But Matsuda?
L was not sure why he was so curious about Matsuda's appearance. He was relieved that no one that assisted Light in his killings arrived, but still. Matsuda. Of all the people that could have been sent to help him, it was Matsuda. L sighed to himself. He would have to make due with what he had.
Plus, Matsuda needed to be on his side. He couldn't let anyone get close to Light or else he would find a way to kill them. He would use them and when he no longer needed them or if they caused trouble, he would dispose of them. L would not let that happen.
L sat on a bench by the marketplace, waiting. He would first get the information he needed from Matsuda, then plan from there.
