How long had he been in Rivelata now? As far as Troy Bolton was concerned, WAY too long. Months, at least. Back home, Gabriella was probably missing him, wondering where he'd vanished off to - at least, he hoped she was.
Troy certainly missed her.
He leaned against the wall of Beauty School Dropouts, his hands shoved into his pockets, and sighed. As Troy stared contemplatively into space, a slow, jivey beat picked up around him... and Troy Bolton began to express his innermost feelings in song.
"There's an aching in my heart" he sang, grooving a little to the music.

As Troy sang, he eventually moved away from the building, and sauntered down the street a few feet, throwing in some gestures. And on "along," he held the note, and executed a wonderful spin, before stopping in place and throwing his arms back. THe beat picked up, and he kept singing.
