Ofelia had once again slipped out of the house, leaving a note behind to her guardian to let her know where the ever wayward little girl was off to. As always the journal was snuggly under her arm. She walked carefully through past the warehouses, keeping a sharp eye out for anyone who might be just a little bit threatening. Her last few ventures out alone had ended with her safetly back at home, but during her time in Rivelata she had yet to thoroughly explore everything. The Warehouse district was a new place for her, leaving her on uncertain ground and eager to meet up with her companion.
The matter at hand weighed on her mind then. Ofelia frowned, letting her mind wander in. It seemed like many people were disappearing these days... And there was more and more strange and violent people appearing in the journal.... Even if the two weren't connected, it sent a shiver down her spine.
The beginning of her countries Civil War had started well before her, but she could still remember the violence and the way the adults talked about "Before."
Ofelia stopped where she was and stood still, letting the memories, thoughts and wild theories wash over her for a moment before shoving them aside. They would find Kairi, she decided. If only for Sora's sake, they would find Kairi.
