It seemed like a good idea at the time, but Chrona was starting to doubt their decision to go through with this. They stared at the ground as they made their way towards the Clubhouse, stomach churning with anxiety. Sure, they'd probably understand if Chrona didn't show up, but Chrona would never forgive themself. They were committed and there was no turning back. Chrona knocked softly on the door and and waited for an answer. It took all they had to stand there and not run away or curl up into a ball. Even though expressing their feelings was difficult and scary, it would be worth it to strengthen the relationships they had with the people they cared about.
