WHO: Sanae Hanekoma, anyone who wants to stumble upon him in the dead of night
WHAT: Mr. H decides Rivelata could use a little inspiration, and sets out to do a wall mural.
WHERE: The Market Place
WHEN: Dead of night after everyone has gone to sleep

Sanae Hanekoma had taken it upon himself to work towards the promotion of greater understanding and creativity within the city of Rivelata, much as he had done back in Shibuya. He had been placed here for a reason, whether penance, duty, or part of some unknown plan, and he was a man who never abandoned a worthy cause. He would promote those aspects of human nature he had come to value over his very long life, and the one language he had found that spoke to everyone, was art.

Art was wonderful, because it could have a core meaning that brought people together, and at the same time each individual could interpret it in their own way. In many ways, what he actually painted was less important than how people saw it through the lenses of their own worlds. It was his tool of choice for inspiring others, and had yet to let him down.

Dipping the paintbrush he had purchased into one of the jars of homemade paint, Hanekoma ran the brush along the wall in front of him, leaving a line of dark green in its wake. He drew his inspiration from the jungles and landscapes around him, adding more and more color to create a tapestry of shapes that bled in and out of each other, yet managed to take a life of their own, forming new images depending upon how you looked at them. The mural itself was eyecatching without being garnesh, drawing attention without overwhelming senses.

As he worked Hanekoma infused a little bit of his own imagination into the very paint itself, investing it with his creative spirit, and power to inspire acts of greatness among mortals. Certainly the recent reduction in his Vibe meant that this painting would not inspire anywhere near the amount of creativity his work in Shibuya did, indeed it would only promote the briefest flicker of motivation, sometimes that flicker was enough to inspire an inferno.

Pausing briefly, he stepped back to admire his work so far. It was definitely a good start.
