This place really was too much. Some might have thought she didn't need to be so involved in all this, but really, she did. Rika had to be. She had to help find a way out of this, if only for her sake and Renamons'. She never asked to be here. She never wanted to be taken away from her home like this.
She passed the gate that lead into the jungle. She frowned fiercely, turning to stare into it. She still wanted to see what was in there. Why were they being told to keep out? There were sea creatures to keep them in, so surely there was something out there that the queen didn't want them to see. But she knew better than to go in there alone. Stuffing her hands in her pockets, she scowled and turned to continue walking.
And then everybody had to go and piss off the Queen doing god knows what... This place was ridiculous. Of course everything had to go as horrible as it could... That's always the way it was. Ugh.
Kicking a rock, she watched it bounce across the road and stop when it hit a wall. Rika shook her head. She just needed to cool off. Time by herself, away from everyone -- even Renamon. She'd hit her limit; fed up with everything. She needed a long while to just clear her head.
