Musashi knew there were people out there that probably needed help and, loathe as he was to leave the safety of his fortified house, he had to at least try. It wouldn't be very heartening to step outside when the plants were gone (if they ever actually left) and find the corpse on his doorstep of someone he could have saved if he'd taken a little initiative.

He wasn't planning on wandering far from home, and was in fact about to turn around again and declare this direction clear of victims, when something caught his eye. A form, farther down the road. He squinted after it, already starting toward it, and his eyes widened just slightly when he recognized Shin Seijuro.

He moved a little faster, up to a jog, and shouldered the two by four plank that he'd found for a weapon. Maybe not ideal against plants, but it had nails sticking out of it. It was a sort of justification. He hadn't had to use it yet though, moving carefully had done that much for him.

"Shin!" he called, when he was near enough. "Are you alright?" The Oujou player didn't look very good, and Musashi thought that the puking was pretty good evidence that he wasn't.
