WHAT: Basch goes to meet the newly arrived Vossler, even though the other probably does not want to see him.
WHERE: The Docks
WHEN: Day 167... I think that's what the day is?
Basch couldn't move fast enough.
Having grabbed his blade, as he knew not how Vossler would react to seeing him, he ran. As he made his way quickly to the docks, slaying the occasional snake, he realized telling someone he was going out would have been a good idea. Then again, someone from House Bunansa would surely read the journal and see why he was not home. Hopefully they would not follow him. Vossler would be enough to handle on his own, as if he knew his old friend, the other was not going to be pleased to see him.
Not after how he'd reacted in the journal. As he moved, Basch flipped the journal open again to see if he had responded to what he'd written last... nothing. So he knew not if Vossler would be there when he arrived. It wasn't going to stop him.
As he came upon the docks, he looked around for the familiar form of his friend, putting the journal away and resting a hand on the hilt of his sword. As much as he hated it, he needed to be prepared in case he was attacked. Vossler did not give idle threats.
