WHO: The Doctor, Matsuri, and anyone who wants to play~!
WHAT: Wibbly wobbly timey wimey goodness.
WHERE: Here and there and everywhere - generally in the area of Matsuri's church.
WHEN: Day 156, daytime.
The Doctor's habit of adopting wayward youths had not disappeared with his TARDIS. He'd only been speaking with the girl for an evening or so, and he was already dead worried about what was going to happen to her. Seriously - a little girl? Staying all by herself at night? Since when was that allowed anywhere? Well, it was allowed in lots of places... but that still didn't make it right. It was never right by The Doctor's standards, anyway, and that was all that mattered. He couldn't have renegade angel statues snatching her up and spiriting her away to another timeline, at any rate.
"Matsuri?" He called, stepping cautiously through the church's worn doors, one hand running over the splintered wood as his eyes tried to date it. The thing looked ancient, but not medieval, very Mediterranean. Just like most of the other buildings. It should have been easy enough for him to place this Rivelata, but it didn't seem to fit into any of the worlds or times or dimensions, even, that he'd ever been to before. He shook his head, taking a piece of wood from the doors and pocketing it for later. There was something outright magical about this place, and he was going to check every little detail to find out what. But for now, he'd focus on finding and protecting a lost little girl.
