WHAT: Kurogane comes home after a date with a pirate. Angstmuffins ensue.
WHERE: Fay's and Kurogane's house.
WHEN: The night of the pirates' crash-landing. Backlogging FTW!
Kurogane walked up the front path to the house, head down and eyes heavy. The sky was a dark navy and stars that were slowly becoming familiar to him glinted above, quietly. He made little more noise than them. He'd drunk himself only half-numb while out with Artemis, but what with his size and his stomach, the feeling had long ago worn off.
He was coming home to a roommate and a friend - and a whateveritwas - that he'd turned his back on tonight. And noe matter how much he'd logicked out the decision, he still felt guilty as he stood on the doormat, fumbling with his key.
"Tadaema," he mumbled to no one in particular as he walked in. When he turned back to the door to lock it, he rested his forehead on the dark wood. "Hn."
