"Indeed."

Sebastian did not sit and took his rightful place standing, as a member of the serving class. Regardless of the fact that the conversation he offered was that of an equal, as a butler he honored convention no matter where he went, except for when it was...more interesting, and acceptable to do otherwise.

"Please, help yourself to the sandwiches and sweets. If there is anything else you desire, name it and I shall endeavor to produce it."

She likes milk, Sebastian noted with some delight, mind already beginning to catalog the possibilities. The catlike resemblance is more than can be simply affected, and yet...there is an elegance to her figure that is uniquely hers.

Indeed, on her person, those sublime qualities are even...enhanced.

How...strange. But not at all unpleasant. He wondered if his lover back at home would be jealous...and yet there was no helping it. Sebastian was well aware of what sort of things were triggers for his adoration.

"I confess, I am curious...how did one such as yourself become acquainted with Grell Sutcliff?"

"You've outdone yourself as it is." Unlike Grell, who had made cake.

Still. The thought counted. Nevertheless, it was now that Lulubell reached for one of the pudding glasses, tongue delicately reaching out to taste the spoon from where it had dipped into the light concoction.

Really, Lulubell adored milk. His comparisons-- her features resembling that of a cats, mannerisms and so on-- were only too accurate. Mimi had noted as much. As had others.

Especially those who had seen her in cat form.

Lulubell paused to gently swipe a lick at the back of her hand, before she looked back up at him.

The vague notion of the General being jealous of the fact that she found this individual strangely engaging flittered across her thoughts once, then dissipated.

That left the thought of the fact that she did, however, find Sebastian to be more than a little pleasant.

Interesting, certainly. Novel, even.

"I found him strange," Lulubel answered almost coldly. "Perhaps I should have not inquired."

Still, curious as she beheld herself...

It was only inevitable, of course.
