"Ah, Sebastian." Kuja closed his notebook and turned his attention to his butler. "Ever on time, as always." Standing, he was about to motion for him to follow, when the door opened.
The Genome sighed in relief. "Esmeralda my dear, you restore my fragile faith in beauty here once more." He kissed the back of her hand comically, odd since she assumed Kuja was female. His clothing did not help to change that view, though by Kuja's standards he was dressed 'casually' that evening.
"I am indeed Kuja, the designer in charge of creating two masterpieces for you to wear at the Grand Opening. This here is Sebastian, one of the two males in my care for the event." Plucking the uniform design notebook that all three of them at Les Bijoux had, Kuja then gestured for the pair to follow.
"There's another one to come, but I figure we might as well get started as I have little time to spare." Kuja shrugged, leading them to the Dressing Area. He waved his hand dismissively at them, expecting them to take a seat on either a chair or the settee.
Kuja opened his design book. "The other two are planning on giving their female model the Day and Night outfits. I don't quite feel like following, and thusly Sebastian you will be modeling the evening garments. Esmeralda you will have the Day wear and the magnificent Pièce de Résistance- the Avant Garde outfit to close the show."
"On the night, the events are as su-" The Genome halted in his speech, hearing his name almost purred. Walking to the dividing curtain, he peeked his head out into the office area before spotting him.
"Sasaki Kojiro." He laughed delightedly, beckoning him close. "Come here and let me see you at last. We were just getting to the important details, so you've come at a good time."
Kuja swept the curtain to one side, ushering Kojiro into the Dressing Area and gesturing for him to take a seat.
"Kojiro- this is Esmeralda and Sebastian, the other two models I'm designing for. You will be modeling the Oriental theme of the Show, to pay homage to the Teahouse hosting the event. I figured it'd be comfortable for you to stick to your genre."
Esmeralda did a sort of curtsy to the newcomer as he walked in. What Kuja had said - something about a final piece to close the show? - was sinking in. What. She shook it off in her head. This was just like dancing at the festivals.
Only, with less dancing and more walking. Or so it seemed.
"Hello, Kojiro."
It was pronounced with a vague accent. Just like everything she said was.
The Genome sighed in relief.
