The knight sheathed her blade and looked Haruhi up and down, studying her figure and her stance. She grinned a bit and faced her once more.
"When you strike, push your body forward. Put your weight into the blow or it will just bounce off. You want to penetrate - so push. Exhale when you attack, screaming if you must. Show your enemy you are not afraid." She demonstrated this a few times.
Agrias then posed, her legs spread out slightly as if she was riding a chocobo back at home, her torso standing up straight.
"Always look them in the eye. Raise your sword above your head and land with all your strength!" she once again demonstrated, hitting the ground below and splitting a couple rocks in half.
"You might also want to keep up with basic exercises, such as sit-ups and push-ups to keep your body toned and ready." Her blade was then sheathed and she wiped the sweat off her brow.
"Are there any questions or comments? If not, that is all for now. Practice what I have shown you when you can and you will soon see a difference in how easily you do all this."
