WHERE: Riku and friends' residence then the Crimson Dragon Inn
WHEN: After Riku 'stumbles' upon the kitties... and a few debates after that.
'Stupid cats', Riku kept repeating in his head, like a mantra. He had just managed to meet the kittens this morning, and already he had more than five scratches on his legs, arms and face.
He winced as he applied more medicine on the wounds, and later had them bandaged. '...Stupid cats.'
What annoyed him more was how Sena, as usual, took the felines' side. How can he not see the viscousness of those beasts? Oh well, at least the boy agreed to give four of them away. (Though Riku really wanted to get rid of all of them.) Kobacha, the first mangy kitten that bit him, would be left. What was it with Sena, Riku and cats?
"Sena, get the cat ready. Mamo-nee and I will come with you to give the cat to Grell-san and Katou-san at the Crimson Dragon Inn." Riku shouted. It would've saved them more time and effort had Grell and Katou been then ones to pick up the cat at their home, but given the circumstances at Rivelata, and Riku's nature in general, he wouldn't want to have some unknown (and possibly psychotic) men visit their home. So, meet at the inn they shall.
He grimaced as Sena neared him, armed with two cats and... a kicked-puppy look. "...I told you to stop that, Sena." He sounded almost pleading. He recalled how that pout made him think again about his anger for the cats. If one of the cats didn't scratch his foot again during that time, it might have disappeared completely. But he was sure those evil animals had a thing against him.
"Let's just go." He told his Mamo-nee and Sena. Upon seeing the kitties in Sena's arms, he quickly turned his head away. He was sure he just saw the thing smirk.
