WHO: James Potter outside one Lily Evans' window. (SURPRISE, HAHAHA.)
WHAT: Wearing a skirt.
WHERE: Where ever Lily has been staying~
WHEN: BEFORE THE BALL. Backlogging!
James was itchy. His legs were rather bony and awkward, and this was only emphasized in the skirt he was wearing and then highlighted by the fact that he was holding chocolates, which just made it easier for his skirt to rebel. He was ridiculous. He didn't really feel any more ridiculous than usual, because he did really feel rather ridiculous a rather ridiculous amount of the time, so.
He was singing a song about rainbows and love and high altitudes that Remus said was sung by some Judy Wreath woman and James had just gone along with it, not very eager to learn anything harder.
All that was left to do was wait. In his skirt. And eclairs. And his Judy Wreath.
