I think this is how it works... Ahh ta an aimsir go halainn inniu!

Hello everyone! Cad é mar atá tú?

My name is Molly, the laundry maid at the Estate. I work for my kind Master, an Arrival named Kuja. He cut out some pages from his journal and had them bound into a journal of my own! Isn't that so very kind of him?

Hello there, Molly. My name is Dark, it's a pleasure to meet you.

If you don't mind my asking- I wasn't exactly familiar with these words that you have uttered.

Ahh ta an aimsir go halainn inniu!

Cad é mar atá tú?

Could you please satisfy this curious mind of mine?

Oh! I'm terribly sorry, the Gaelic slips out from time to time since I'm so used to it!

They mean 'the weather is beautiful today' and the second one is 'how is it that you are?'

...Oh dear, that doesn't sound right. 'How are you' I think is what it should be!

Ah, I understand now. And it's all right, Miss Molly, no need to apologize.

And as for your question, I'm fine, thank you for asking. How about you?

Terribly shocked at the Queen's latest proclamation I must admit. Oh, war is such a horrid thing!

But life must go on and new friends shall be made. You are an Arrival, Mister Dark? How are you finding Rivelata?

Ah, yes, but all seems well for now, since the 'Godking' (that I had only heard of) is gone, right? And there is this celebration that we can look forward to.

Yes, I arrived here just a few weeks ago. Disregarding the news of deaths and losses, Rivelata is quite an interesting island.

Yes, we can't be sorrowful forever and disrespect those who have passed on, can we? We have to celebrate their lives and sacrifices! Such is life.

Is this place similar to the one you came from? I've heard many a tale of people from worlds full of carriages not pulled by anything, and little boxes with moving pictures in them!

In the current time where I came from, my world does have those things that you speak of. So, no, it is not very similar.

And you're very kind to let us ask you questions about this place.

Really? How exciting!

I think we have a lot to learn from each other, and distancing ourselves will help no one. Civility isn't enough- it's friendship that the world needs!

I'm sure that with the different types of arrivals here, someone might be smart enough to create those items, and then you might be able to see them for yourself~

Very amiable words, Miss Molly, and the truth behind it cannot be overlooked.

Oh that would be wonderful! Such stories I've heard- I'd most certainly love to see them with my own eyes...

I'm really just a simple girl and I think people make life over-complicated. Is there anything in particular you would like to learn from me, Dark?

Someday, Miss Molly, someday... We'll just have to wait.

I guess I'd like to ask about what you know about the Jaguar King. Even before our kind arrived here, was he already like how the earlier arrivals described him? Enticing the arrivals to follow him, sending flying snakes to attack the citizens...

Oh... The Jaguar King...

Sometimes he was vocal, most of the time he was silent. I was raised on stories of how ships blossomed on the horizon in beams of light from heaven- ships that no Rivelatan was, and still is, never to set foot upon.

He coaxes Arrivals with delusions of power, testing their loyalty to The Queen who has kept us safe and guarded generation after generation. Only, in all the stories I have heard- being here as he rose against the Queen was something I never thought I would experience!
