A book that seems to be the common form of communication here. A feathered quill which requires no ink, because it produces a thus-far inexhaustible amount.

Either a dream, an illusion, a virtual reality, or magic. None of the possibilities are particularly promising. Especially not magic.

I hate magic.

No one knows how they work, but they do.
If the books bother you, you're going to be in for a real surprise when you see what else this place has to offer. It doesn't make any sense, and there aren't any answers.

I have no clue what that means. They don't have this thing everyone keeps mentioning called 'electricity' where I'm from. I think I come from a much different place and time than most people.

I have no fucking idea what fonons are either.

At the same time, everyone is trying to investigate- So it might just be better to watch from the sidelines. No point in joining the rat race.
