Well, I got myself a little two-story flat. One bedroom, so no rentable rooms from me, kids.
It even has an empty downstairs! The landlord said there was a shop there before. Perfect for the ramen shop, once I have the cash. But with the insurance job, that shouldn't be a problem, right Boss? Oh, Boss and Mike, once the ramen shop is open, you fellas will get a discount! Not a bad deal, huh?
Speaking of insurance, the locals like to have it. I sold about three policies! The owner of Moonflower teas wanted one for his shop, and then a couple of health insurances policies. Ya proud, Boss?
