Does anyone know of any unoccupied buildings areas caves valleys mountains caves in the area? Uh, preferably easily accessible and close to the water.

Probably, Al doesn't mind that sort of thing. We had a friend who worked on mine, so we're not machine freaks like her, but we don't just not know how it works, either.

And I'll ask him, then. I wouldn't mind doing the improvements myself, but the technology he mentioned was a lot more complicated than anything I've ever seen.
