Asylums. They're all the same, all the same, dull little real world, cold and gray and white, hopsital white, clean and new and neat. Chemicals and potions and other things the furless like to play with ( Read more... )

Free your mind, flutter-cheep, flutter-chirp, birds in the air flying away, away, away and then perhaps you'll find your way!

Look sideways, slantways, upside-down and tippity-toe and maybe they'll appear for you. Directions and arrows, here, there, forwards and backwards, they'll take you. That's how Cat knows. And maybe they'll lead me to Alice too like the stars in the sky. But I've all named themselves the same name and there's terrible confusion, don't you see, don't you see?

Meow-purr, meow-prrrr~

Walls and doors, locks and keys, what are they to a Cheshire Cat? Cat knows, you see; sometimes he's real, sometimes he's not, sometimes he's free, sometimes he's caught.

Cat went looking for Alice you see, but she's lost, lost, lost. Fixed herself all up, killed the Red Queen and took her crown and left for the outside. I can't find her, but maybe Cat found you. Can you see Cat, can you indeed? Imagination's a funny thing. Maybe you have Wonderland hiding, hiding, hiding in your mind. Maybe you're all broken inside and it's gone, gone, gone, lost in fire and fear. Which will it be, which will it be?

Hum-hum, hrm-prrm! Names are like magic and magic is like Cat but not quite, not quite! Cat is imagination and Cat is real and Cat is here, here, here. Pen and ink, paper and parchment, chicken-scratch and paw-prints, how do they appear? Cat does what he knows and knows what he does, and now? You do, too.

Don't you?
