You may or may not have noticed, but vandalism within this city has recently slowed. My soldiers have rounded up what scoundrels they could, and while they are currently being confined for a yet undecided period of time, I understand full well that there are more angry individuals out there who wish to display their displeasure through acts of senseless destruction. I want you to understand that we will eventually catch up to you, and that we are very close to completing a solution that may very well restore our lost peace once and for all.
Do not forget that. I am not done with this city yet.

In consideration of the weather and misfortune that strikes many people of Rivelata, I will personally be visiting the orphanage, church, and areas of few blessings with my men to deliver blankets, sweaters, wool socks, anything and everything warm that I am able to give my people, native and stranger to this world alike.
I have no doubts that I am still not favoured by many, but still I ask of you to assist me in providing warmth to those who are left in the cold, if you are able.
