This is ridiculous.
There is still so much work to be done in returning this city to it's proper state, I don't see why this is means for any sort of celebration.

Setsuna F. Seiei is gone, isn't he? I'd assumed he'd gone to live elsewhere, but to go so long without making any sort of contact...
It's irresponsible even for him.
