Kuchiki-san. I am glad you are alright.

The voice was... unfamiliar. I take it your assailant was some new threat?

I did not recognize what I could see of his face, while his abilities and form of combat were unfamiliar.

Troubling.

What were his abilities and combat tactics?

Perhaps we can formulate methods to counter them, at the least.

It was difficult to see his abilities- There was little light to see by. He seemed to be able to create a wound with a single finger, though without a visible weapon, or contact with the skin. They seemed to have an electrical based attack, although it did little.

I was able to restrain him for a time. I did not draw my Zanpakuto.

With his finger? Perhaps he requires physical movement, then, to make his attacks, or perhaps it makes his attacks more accurate, like your brother and his Zanpakuto, though we cannot be certain of such.

I take it, though, from your assessment, that he prefers long-range combat?

It was only when I was restrained that he attempted his attack. Even then, he used crude methods to do so. After he did not have the advantage of surprise, his style of fighting seemed rather haphazard.

Inexperienced in combat, then... likely new to his powers, or in a place where others do not have powers that can stop his, leading to a lack of necessity regarding actual strategy or combat experience.

We should be able to use this to our advantage, then.

However... He seemed able to quickly adapt to the situation. I am unsure how he was able to break my restraint spell. We cannot underestimate him.
