We were friends forever, you and I!
To you, I was known as Puck!
Hopefully, you'll soon open an eye
Or what's left of it after decomposition. Good luck!

To all of us, we've survived another battle against fate! Everyone should get ready because the journey will only get more exciting from here on out! That's how the story always go!

Giant squids exist?

In the ocean. I heard they're close to shore around this time.

You should go out and find one.

That's such a great idea!

You should come with! We can both find the giant squid together! Who wouldn't want to see a mythological creature from an unknown planet?

I've seen them.

You should go by yourself. They'll feel less threatened.

Seeing such a rare creature by yourself? It might have been a medium squid.

Like hell it was a medium squid! Don't question what I saw!

NOW GO GET EATEN BY ONE, YOU LITTLE BRAT!

My daughter's optimism a little too much for you, hm?

Want to make something of it?

She's dealing with a family death the only way she knows how. And she's doing a much better job than someone like...oh let's say...

You.

Cry me a goddamn river. I'll deal with whatever I deal with how ever I deal with it.

She's not the only one suffering over a family death. I lost over half of mine after arriving on this ridiculous island. I don't need to hear sob stories.

Keep preaching if you feel like wasting time.

Yet you feel like telling a part of it regardless. If you're so against sob stories why make yourself known in her entry with not a scrap of angst to be seen?

Just keep telling yourself you're perfectly fine meddling in things far greater than you, darling. You're nothing new.

Yeah, yeah. Go ahead, keep it coming.

Oh, I'm sure I'm "nothing new." Just keep in mind that you're in my world, honey. Whatever mumbo-jumbo you've got up your sleeve is hardly fascinating.

Why don't you wander off with your daughter to find that squid?
