19 - Possibly making some new friends?
Well it was bound to happen that I'd have to do this again, so I'm trying to be more detailed this time.
Eagle's Splendour is now hiring again!
All positions will require interviews with us, Hitachiin Hikaru and Kaoru. We're looking for the following:
- Sales Clerks - people who would interact with the customers and help them pick out what they are looking for, then send them over to my brother or I for final sales as we will operate in the Cashier position (3 2 spots // 35 copper pence per week)
- Stock Workers - people who come in before opening, midday, and a few hours before closing to evaluate stock, restock, and make suggestions for any new stock or redistributing current stock orders (2 0 spots // 21 copper pence per week)
- Maintenance - janitors, cleaners, whatever you want to call it, people to help keep our store looking nice (1 spot for surface hygiene maintenance, 1 spot for furniture/display maintenance, and 1 spot for garden/courtyard maintenance) This position is the only one that also assumes work being done in Hitachiin House, but with appropriate additional compensation. (3 spots // 50 copper pence or 5 pewter knights per week)
- Errand Runners / Go-fers - people to do anything else we happen to need done during the day, such as picking up raw materials from other merchants, advertising, or delivering goods (2 1 0 spots // 21 copper pence per week)
- Musicians - these people would provide ambiance basically, throughout the day, but with breaks of course. Currently we have a piano, but would be willing to acquire other musical instruments for the sake of the store if the applicant can showcase enough talent through other means. (3 2 1 spot // 35 copper pence per week)
All of these positions are available with half-pay if the worker also requires a place to stay, since there are rooms available above Eagle's Splendour.
I would like to add that since Hitachiin House is now a five-person household with our friends Tamaki-sempai (Suou Tamaki), Honey-sempai (Haninozuka Mitsukuni), and Renge-kun (Houshakuji Renge) staying, we could also use some help there.
- Chef(s) - fairly self-explanatory, but understand that we would be paying you to service the five of us as well as a morning meal for all Eagle's Splendour workers, as a token of goodwill, and provide snacks for the shop throughout the day (1 or 2 spots, depending on the skill of the applicant // 20 pewter knights or 2 silver ladies per week)
- Maids - like the Maintenance people, we would ask that two people come in three times a day (or however many people it takes to fill 2 spots in 3 shifts) to tidy up the house, do laundry, and generally clean up after any large parties (along with our help). (2 1 0 spots // 50 copper pence or 5 pewter knights per week)
- Surveillance - these are people we have to really trust, both morally and with their skills to protect everyone in Hitachiin House AND Eagle's Splendour. Expect a much more intense interview process. (5 spots; 3 at Hitachiin House and 2 at Eagle's Splendour. 2 spots at Hitachiin House // 20 pewter knights or 2 silver ladies per week)
