Falling into place
I'm feeling fairly positive right now. Things just seem to be falling into place lately, and I'm quite happy about it. Now that the show is over, I am able to relax so much more.
I've got a job for next year, I'll be working for Bushoven, not for the barn. As much as I love working at the barn, the set hours really didn't work for me, so I'll be working for the most chaotic man on campus, which means flexible hours and getting to pretty much make my own schedule depending on how much I want to/can work. I'm pretty happy about that.
We sold Zeke. We were starting to get a little worried because no one had actually come out to look at him, but we finally had a lady come out yesterday and she wants him, so he is sold, and we are now carless again, but only until we go home. We have to drive him up to Fayetteville tomorrow morning so that we can get the title notarized (because North Carolina's screwed up like that)
I haven't taken my honors final yet, I'm honestly not that worried about it, and I've got this entire week with nothing to really do until Graduation, I'm not horrible concerned about getting it done quickly. Maybe I'll do it on Tuesday, I've got nothing planned for that day yet. We'll see.
Jenna's taking us up to Raleigh after we're done singing on Saturday, so we have a ride to the airport.
I have a job when I get home at Elliot Glacier, which I'm looking forward to. I still haven't lined up horses for this summer, but I'm sure I won't have any trouble finding stuff to ride. I'm going to need to figure out if the C3 is actually realistically in my plans. We'll see what happens.
But over all, I'm generally feeling good right now. I'm feeling confident and looking forward to what's coming up.
Anyway, I just thought it might be a nice change for those of you who read my journal to see something positive from me, since I usually only write when I'm frusterated. :-P
And Emili, I WILL e-mail you soon, I promise! I'm sorry I've been such a loser lately and not getting back to you, you know how it gets. :)
