Emptying
So, it's now officially Easter Break. I'm happy, the four days off will be wonderful. I did promise Robin that I would be better about my practicing this week though... I'm such a horrible voice student, but something about walking across the lake to the practice rooms at 10:30 pm just doesn't appeal to me, and I can't practice in my room because my roommate is sleeping. yes, usually all of the time. Yeah, I know, if you want to do something you'll find a way, if you don't you'll find an excuse. The point is, I seriously need to be better this weekend. Maybe I can get my friends to come help me, or at least someone who's slightly better at the piano than I am... (i.e. doesn't have to count the keys to figure out what note is where...)
The best thing about this long weekend though? People are leaving. The campus is going to be so quiet for the next few days, it's going to be awesome. I don't have to worry about locking my door to keep random drunk guys out at night! Hurray!
Anywho, I just realized that it had been a long time since I'd updated, and I know that you're all completely fascinated by my life, and thought I might give you a sampling of what's been going on. Ha ha.
I'm going to the beach tomorrow. It should be lots of fun. It's so warm here, absolutely crazy. It's supposed to be 92 tomorrow. That's why we're going to the beach. But I have to get up early in the morning because we have to go to Mal Wort before hand to pick up a few essentials, like food and beach towels.
