Chikorita - She appreciates him allowing her freedom out of the pokéball, but hasn't known him long enough to actually form an opinion. ||| Silver stole her pokéball from Prof. Elm's lab shortly before arriving on Awesome Island. He treats her as the only companion he has from his own world.
