Well, said I warn't gonna do this, but I suppose I must follow the crowd and post anyways.
From my mother and step-father, I recieved a drawing tablet, which, although fun, is also confusing and difficult. I also recieved two books, Trickster's Choice and Trickster's Queen, by Tamora Pierce. Next on the list is a poseable art figure, which shall be much fun. Also was a kick-ass journal, a shirt and pants (girly, not much my style), a funny hat that is too small, a CD by Jude Christodal, some Jeopardy CD that included the episode where Ken Jennings lost, a watch with 6 interchangeable bands, an ornament, a car charger for my iPod, two pairs of socks, a morphable scarf that defies physics, and a small rubber Devil Ducky. As I said.... overboard. (there was also the obligatory candy in the stocking.)
From my step-cousin's girlfriend, I got a scarf, a pair of gloves, and Finding Neverland on DVD.
From another cousin's husband, I recieved a white fleece blanket, a black fury scarf, and a fun squishy pillow.
From my grandparents on my mom's side, I got $25.
From my step-granparents, I got a computer microphone with some software that turns my vocal input into words on screen. Which sounds extremely spiffy. Especially when brainstorming and writing. But to keep that, I'd need to keep the microphone in lieu of something else. And a scarf similar to the one that was bought for me by my mom.
From my grandparents on my dad's side, I got Page by Tamora Pierce.
From my dad and his girlfriend, I got a tote bag from a local art store called Wet Paint and a box of 10 pastels in different shades of blue that are very high quality from that same store. I also got a $10 gift certificate for Ragstock, a book of graphing paper that looks cool, a nice leather, spiral-bound sketchbook, and First Test by Tamora Pierce.
I also got a Jones Soda Holiday Pack and free earrings from my brother, but still in the works are plans to buy a TV.
I'm sure you can tell by the themes some of the things on my list. *coughscarfcoughbooksbyTamoraPiercecough*
I have yet to recieve presents from friends.
God, that's such a list. *whistles*
Other than that, not much is happening. Had fun with relatives on my dad's side these past few days. Met my nephew. Held him for a while. Also got a bit freaked out by all the baby stuff happening amidst relatives I remember as children, or at least teenagers.
