So, that was interesting...
After a relaxed evening at KD's, we were walking to my car, only to find the street where I was parked (part of De Leien) completely blocked off by police. At first they didn't let us pass, but then I was allowed to go get my car under police escort. KD wasn't allowed to come. On the way to the car I asked the officer about why no one could access the street, & he told me there had been a shooting. I'm not sure if anyone got hurt, as he didn't say. I didn't ask. There were no ambulances though, so hopefully not...
