Wow, I finally (mostly) have my voice back
Did you know doing closing weekend of Dickens with no voice kinda sucks? Yeah, I lip-synced my way through the Rats shows both days (but please don't call me Milli Vanilli!) and even so, by Sunday night I was communicating with pen and paper. Whee! But now I am audible, although still uh, "sultry" sounding.
Even with spending most of this week in bed with the flu, I have officially completed my Xmas shopping as of 15 minutes ago. Yay! Of course, that does not mean I've finished my Xmas sewing. Doh. (And the reason I'm officially done is that I kept finding stuff for peeps that I wasn't planning on [I like giving gifts], and spent half again what I had budgeted. Yow. I am tapped out, boys and girls.) Now I have to start wrapping stuff. Bleah.
