I'm a little behind on this, but here's 2008 in review
2008 was a big year for me in a lot of ways. I bought a house, moved out of the Farm (well except for a few shelves!), and took my relationship with Aaron places it hadn't previously been-- including living together. That makes it sound like I spent most of the year with my focus very much turned to my home and love life, and I suppose that's pretty accurate. How girly of me! Hah. 2008 was also a year of reconnecting with my chosen family-- once Aaron moved to Sac, I was able to spend a lot more time here without missing out on time with him. I often feel pulled in a ridiculous number of directions at once because there are so many things that are important to me to be a part of, and they rarely match geographically. I feel particularly blessed that I was able to spend so much more time with the people I love the most than I had in a long time. I very much hope to keep that up and build on it in 2009.

I realize that it's nowhere near Halloween, but this is the most appropriate icon I've got-- because I just noticed that one of my favorite movies is going to be shown on the big screen tomorrow night.

I'm so confused!
Going to bed after 4AM a couple of nights in a row last week, not going to bed until 6AM on Halloween night, and then the time change last night has my circadian rhythms so mixed up.
