Going to bed after 4AM a couple of nights in a row last week, not going to bed until 6AM on Halloween night, and then the time change last night has my circadian rhythms so mixed up. The fact that I haven't switched all my clocks yet (but I have done some of them) isn't helping. The quality of the light outside is all wrong for what my body thinks it should be.
