Bathroom!
Scott and I are working on a putting a bathroom downstairs. We're just about done with the framing, and we've already extended the hole where the drain for the shower will be. We've also bought a corner shower and a toilet (super flush toilet!), so that's good to go. After framing, we need to do the electrical for the room and rearrange the plumbing in the laundry room, which shares a wall.
I've been taking pictures of the progress so far - as well as the kitties trying to help out - and I'll post them when we get closer to completion. We're looking at tiling for the floor and up half the wall and thinking about putting those puck-lights in the ceiling.
In between bathroom making, we've resurrected an old game that we're really having fun playing together - Diablo 2! I've made my classic assassin character, mostly for solo play, but I've made a paladin to play with Scott's amazon and am having lots of fun with him. He's basically focused on cleansing, a healing aura, and that attack where you hit adjacent targets five times in one hit. It's pretty cool.
One last thing. It's been relatively mild weather wise here, with lots of wind and some rain, but when I woke up this morning, there was snow on the ground! It was just enough to lightly cover the ground and the rooftops, but it hasn't melted yet. *cry* Nooooooo!
That's what I get for living in a more northern climate. At least the summers are a lot cooler than in Missouri. :P
