NEW CAMERA.
I've been waiting for weeks and weeks for the camera I wanted to go on sale.
I went into Fred Meyer today ONLY TO FIND THE CAMERA 20% OFF.
Good enough for me. I am now the proud owner of a Nikon CoolpixL12 and a 2 gig memory card to go with it. I'm happy as a lark - by which I clearly mean that I feel like a "small terrestrial bird with often extravagant songs and display flights".
I love idioms. They make so much sense.
Clearly, though, this means one thing:
I NEED TO POST PICTURES SOON. GOOD ONES.
