Hide & Seek
Tat-chan walked around the house, peered his head into every hole and room in the house while pouting. He went to every corner in the house but still couldn’t find what he was searching for. Tat-chan growled in frustration, but didn’t stop walking and searching for his precious toy.
“Where’s Mr. Mice?” he mumbled quietly to himself, looking around the house for the third times but his Mr. Mice was nowhere to be seen. He went to the living room, again, spotted Ryo-chan playing with his blue ribbon on the couch and sighed. Ryo-chan had been ignoring him for the whole day now. Though it was kind of strange for Ryo-chan to let him play peacefully, but Tat-chan didn’t want to think hard about it. Maybe Ryo-chan was already getting tired of teasing him. He turned around, went back to the kitchen to find Mr. Mice and failed to notice an evil glance and not-so-innocent smirk Ryo-chan gave him.
“You won’t find your Mr. Mice, hime” Ryo-chan laughed, twirling the blue ribbon with his small legs.

Yamapi who came home later in the evening, was confused when he didn’t see Tat-chan at the front door, greeted him like always. He walked into the house and closed the door behind but still, Tat-chan didn’t show up in front of him. Yamapi frowned.
“Ryo-chan, are you alone? Where’s Tat-chan?” Yamapi asked while watching Ryo-chan played with Tat-chan’s ribbon on the floor. But Ryo-chan ignored him, so engrossed with the blue ribbon in hand.
“This is strange” Yamapi looked around the house. “Okay, maybe I’m worried for nothing. Tat-chan is surely here somewhere” Yamapi headed straight to the bedroom, ready to take his bath, leaving Ryo-chan alone in the living room.

Meanwhile, somewhere outside the house Tat-chan was wandering around looking for his Mr. Mice. He already searched inside the house but he couldn’t find it anywhere. So he went outside, though he doubted that Mr. Mice was outside since he never played with it outside the house.
“But Ryo-chan has been playing with Mr. Mice lately. Maybe Ryo-chan brought Mr. Mice to play outside. Or, did he hide it? That monkey, humph!” Tat-chan scowled and continued to walk, made a circle around the house and went into every hole he found but he still didn’t see Mr. Mice anywhere.
“Ahhh I’m so tired. I’ve been searching for Mr. Mice the whole day already” Tat-chan sighed and stretched his sore body before lay on the floor at the back at the house. He scanned the whole backyard and yawned.
“And I haven't taken my nap today too. Where could have Ryo-chan hides Mr. Mice?” he stretched his body again and put his chin on his front legs. He blinked his eyes repeatedly, trying to stay awake. Before he knew it, he already drifted into a sleep.

“Pi, have you seen Tat-chan?”
Yamapi shook his head, watching as Jin walked into their shared room while wearing a worried look on his face. “No. Isn’t he with Ryo-chan?”
“No! Ryo-chan isn’t with Tat-chan. And I’ve looked all over the house. Tat-chan is nowhere in here!”
“Are you saying that Tat-chan is outside now, all alone by himself?” Yamapi stood up and walked towards where Jin was standing.
Jin blinked his eyes in fear and gaped. “Don’t tell me Tat-chan is really outside now. It’s already dark! Pi!” Jin wailed and stormed out of the room, accidently kicked Ryo-chan who was walking in the hallway. He stopped running when he heard Ryo-chan’s cry.
“Ah Ryo-chan! Gomen!” he lifted Ryo-chan from the floor, kissed Ryo-chan’s head and hugged him tight when Yamapi walked past him and headed to the front door.
“Pi!!”
“Stay with Ryo-chan! I’ll go and look for Tat-chan!”
Yamapi came back 5 minutes later with Tat-chan in his arm while Jin was still holding Ryo-chan on the sofa in the living room. He quickly ran towards Yamapi when he saw him with Tat-chan at the door with a clearly worried face.
“Pi! You found Tat-chan!”
“Yeah, I think Tat-chan fell asleep at the back of the house. What was Tat-chan doing outside anyway? Tat-chan never goes out of this house”
“Pi, ano” Jin stared at Tat-chan. “Tat-chan is trembling”
“Eh? Really?” Yamapi held Tat-chan is his hands securely, while checking his body and head. Tat-chan was indeed trembling. His body was shaking while he hardly can open his eyes.
“My head..uhuh” Tat-chan whined, too weak to even lift his leg.
“You think Tat-chan catches a cold?” Jin bit his lips, blinking his eyes at Yamapi nervously.
“I don’t know. Maybe--”
“Wahhhhhhh! Tat-chan is sick now!!! What are we going to do? Pi!” Jin wailed, almost dropping Ryo-chan to the floor when Yamapi quickly ran towards the bathroom to get their first aid kit. Jin followed, tightly held Ryo-chan in his hands who was struggling to get away from Jin’s grip.
“Stupid hime! Everyone is worried about him now” Ryo-chan muttered lowly, still trying to escape while watching Yamapi treated Tat-chan with a wet towel. When they finished, Jin decided to bring Tat-chan to sleep with him on the bed and Ryo-chan quickly followed, also jumping onto the bed and settled himself next to Tat-chan, between Jin and Yamapi. He watched as Tat-chan was breathing slowly, eyes fluttered like he was trying to get a sleep.
“Hey hime” Ryo-chan poked Tat-chan once with his leg.
“Don’t disturb me” Tat-chan mumbled weakly, eyes closed lightly.
“Are you really sick?” another poke landed on Tat-chan’s back.
“Go away”
“You aren’t really sick, are you?”
“Uhn”
“Hey”
“I’m sick. Now go away”
“Stupid hime!” Ryo-chan snorted in annoyance before laid his body close to Tat-chan.
“What are you doing?”
“I’m sleeping here with you”
“You monkey” Tat-chan closed his eyes tightly.
“I know you’re just faking it so you can sleep here”
“Shut up”
“See, you’re not sick!”
“Whatever”
“Hime, don’t ignore me!”
“My head hurts”
“I hid your Mr. Mice! You won’t get it back!” Tat-chan didn’t answer. Ryo waited for a few minutes but Tat-chan still didn’t say anything in return. He lifted his head up and pushed Tat-chan’s body gently.
“Hime”
“I’m sleeping”
“Mr. Mice--”
“I’ll kick your ass when I feel better”
“I’ll kick your ass first! Stupid hime! Stay sick forever! Serve you right! Huh!”
“Yeah, whatever”
