i have a goal for cooking now. something i need to figure out how to make as its actually only a theoretical food stuffs:

"...potatoes injected with a 4 cheese mixture, then fry them 3/4 of the way, pull them out, batter them, then fry them again & serve them with bacon & an ancho-chili-sour cream...minus the ancho-chili-sour cream i would eat
