I'm super-excited about a Supernatural casting spoiler for the first time! ( Cut for spoilers, but Stargate fans on my feed - I know you're still out there - might want to click. I'm not mentioning any information about the role, just the name of the actor/actress )

She's such a fantastic actress, and I'm excited over the description of her character as well. Plus, from what I know of Tapping, I just can't see her taking the part if it wasn't good.

I mean, I can't see them hiring her as a romantic interest for any of the characters on the show, and this show has had what, like one or two reoccurring female characters who weren't romantic interests?

And the nerdy fanboys will tune in to watch her, so she should help boost the ratings.

I love her so much, I watched some of SG-1 and all of SGA and I really loved when she came on SGA.

She is FANTASTIC and I am really excited about the potential for her to play a (hopefully) strong female character on the show (because they have an embarrassing dearth of them).

I am clinging to the fact that she is AMANDA FUCKING TAPPING and I really can't see her agreeing to a role that allows her to be anything but a BADASS MOTHERFUCKER.

and I am totally not already trying to think of how I could work her in as a fabulous character in an RPS fic.
