I have that book and I just read that two days ago. Do you have Theresa DeFrancis? I have her at RIC and I looooooooooove the woman to death.

I do have DeFrancis. She kind of gets on my nerves though. One major thing that bothers me about the comments from the previous owner is the fact that she seems to be into the whole feminist thing but also appears to have a problem with defying authority. How do you think women got anywhere in this society?

This entry reminds me a lot of my last entry. Except I just realized that it's not really my last entry, because I never actually made it a public entry. Damn.

I enjoy the political post.

P.S. The italics made me cry.

P.P.S. http://www.hugi.is/hahradi/bigboxes.php?box_id=51208&f_id=1211 I want to kidnap Ann Coulter and let every Canadian have 3 swings at her with a baseball bat.

I'll have to check this entry out.

P.S. I saw this website where this guy was complaining about how he hates Canada (because they have too many trees, etc.) Then he called Canada "Europe Jr."

"Europe Jr." is a compliment of the highest order. I love Europe!

Too many trees... no such thing indeed.

In ancient history Gods were used to explain away things that we didn't have any explanation for, like the sun rising and setting and what not...now the only thing we don't seem to be able to comprhend is how we got here, so we say that god created everything and that he watches over us, and if we're good all day we'll get desert with our supper...I say that everything randomly blinked into existence and when we die it ends...which is kinda scary to think about...so God is just for people who can't cope with their own insignificance. I'd say more but this is a long comment.

Once you have made peace with your own insignificance you can live your life freely without worrying about anything. Nothing you do will ever matter in the long run, so you might as well just go with the flow and have a good time doing it.
