As far as i'm aware he's not going back to New York or Bludhaven but staying in Gotham.

I'm sure he will take Damian to plenty of carnivals and feed him junk food.

Definitely big brother. He's been de-aged to 21. Damian's likely still about 10-12. It will be like him and Tim back when.

Green Lantern is not rebooting at all. They're like 'lalala our stuff is awesome and we are Geoff Johns' baby hahahhaa, let's squish the timeline a little and pretend this isn't happening'.
