August 6th, 2005... and I haven't been struck by lightning or crushed by falling gelato containers!
So, my August 6th bad luck seems to be improving. For the past two years, August 6th has been an incredibly AWFUL day (I mean TRULY, TRULY AWFUL!), due to different circumstances. And for two years, my birthday, August 7th, has had a bit of a damper put on it. There is still 1 hour, 4 minutes left in August 6, 2005... and the worst that has happened so far is that I drove over a nail (probably on Wednesday) and now the car has flat tire. Pretty good, considering my August 6th luck. And I didn't hurt myself at work or ANYTHING, which I do on a normal basis, regardless of whether it is August 6th or not.
Anyhow, on a very excited note, TOMORROW IS MY 19TH BIRTHDAY! Eeeeeee! The question is, what am I going to do first to use my newly acquired legality. I really want to go to the casino, just for kicks! $20 limit and see what I get. One problem: I have no one to go with. Sadly. Lara, are you busy tomorrow afternoon? Wanna go GAMBLING?! Heh heh heh... I have NO skill whatsoever in this area... I'd stick to the slots! But, I really want to do something. My family is coming over for dinner and what not at 5, so I can't do something that includes the night. And the fact that the car now has a flat tire (I actually was wondering if we did, the day before yesterday, but I forgot to mention it! It probably just got worse!), I can't really go too far on that poor little donut. I need some BIRTHDAY FUN! Any ideas?!
