Writer's Block: Spirits
I work at an historical college that doubled as a morgue for some Civil War soldiers. I haven't physically seen one, but I have definitely heard and felt them all around. I hear piano music when no one is in the house but me. Someone else has heard furniture being moved and female voices. I definitely believe that some people die either under horrible circumstances or with "unfinished business" to quote Casper. There have been too many sightings by too many people for it to all be a figment of our collective imagination. However, one could argue that we usually don't see any ghosts from BCE or before the Revolutionary War. Where are all the Indian ghosts?? I personally believe in them, but I guess it's still up for debate.
