(no subject)
Spent the day with Uncle Steve for the last time in the foreseeable future. Dropped off a couple of applications at West Towne Mall. Proceeded to sweat my way through the entire day.
Seriously considering moving back into public housing. I don't want to, but at least it would be my own mostly private space. I could only have one pet though, and I can't stand the thought of having to choose between Moony, Leeloo, and Zoe. Because I would choose Moony, and that's very cruel to the other two.
My plane leaves for California on Sunday morning at 6am.
Uncle Steve bought me lunch and a couple of books and slipped me some money for travel emergencies and such, mom is lending me her cellphone for the trip. I was fine all day, but when I got back home and hugged Uncle Steve goodbye I just settled into this melancholy funk because he's leaving. I need a good night's sleep and I'll be fine again.
I also need to dry my laundry, come to think of it.
