Yeah. It's a little hard to explain unless you're from my universe. Basically, every heart's made up of light and darkness, and he's that darkness. We used to be the same person.

Losing my friends-- or seeing them get hurt. But Vanitas isn't like that; he doesn't care about friendship.

Man, I never thought of it like that. You're probably right, though. Vanitas wants to be strong-- that's what's really important to him.
