Pet Food Recall
If you had a dog, or a cat you need to go and check out http://www.menufoods.com/recall/ if you haven't already and see if you dog is eating one of the recalled foods and have them checked out by a vet asap. A lot of dogs/cats are dying from kidney failure brought on by this contaminated food. You would have to double check but im pretty sure it's only wet food.
The puppy's, plus Sadie don't eat wet food. Sammy did when he was alive, and the brand of food he ate is on the list. In the weeks before he died he had all the symptoms they said on the news. He also got sick in late December, early January which is when the contaminated food was dated. This is really sad. Sammy was old, and he probably didn't have much longer to live anyway, but still, it's a pretty big coincidence that he got sick at the time the contaminated food came out, he was eating one of the brands on the list, and he had all the symptoms. We didn't save the cans, reciepts, and we didn't have an autopsy so there isn't anything we can really do. Put if you have a pet, you should really check out the list.
