Physical Description: Messy green hair, sharp, golden eyes, just like a cat's... Ryoma isn't very tall - at all - nor is he of stocky built, but he has a certain kind of energy about him that still makes his presence known in a room.

Anima: Type - Cat
Abilities - Speed, a keen sense of smell and with fingers that turns into claws that can easily tear into almost any organic material. His sense of balance is enhanced and he can see fairly good in the dark.
Tattoo - His shoulders (both of them), representing claw marks.
Transformation - His pupils grow slit, he gets a pair of whiskers, cat ears and the nails on his fingers turn into claws. Ryoma is able to preform a full-body transformation, or rather, the ability to do so lies latent within him for now. Once he does, he'll turn into a human sized cat, sleek and nimble. This is something he isn't aware of yet, however.
Personality: Ryoma is far from a good slave material; he's cocky, headstrong, and never one to back down from a challenge. On the other hand, he's compassionate and hates injustice, and he really wants to make a difference in the world, as he hates society as it stands today.
History: Ryoma grew up together with his father, mother, brother and cousin in a small village outside Sailand Castle. His father was a well known fighter in the Millennium Coliseum, known for being able to stand his ground against at least some of the anima fighting there. One day when Ryoma was fourteen years old, he followed his father to watch one of his fights. A group of rouges showed up and caused havoc and in that chaos Ryoma got separated from his family and was cornered by two of the rouges. As they tried to strike him down, his anima powers manifested and he killed the two rouges, slitting their throats.
After this event, his father kicked him out. Not because he wanted to get rid of him, but rather because he wanted Ryoma to have at least one chance to escape the slave traders, instead of simply waiting around for them to come find him. Ryoma wandered the country for two years, wits and luck keeping him from getting captured. He hated his powers and never tried to use them unless absolutely necessary. However, one day he witnessed a little anima girl being rounded up by a group of fighters. The girl was only twelve or thirteen years old, a fish anima. She tried to escape into the water, but from where Ryoma was standing it was pretty clear she wouldn't have a chance to escape on her own. So... He tried to help her. In the end, the girl did manage to escape... But Ryoma himself was captured, and brought to the slave market. And here we are now.
