For Anita: In Velva, the Velva Area Dollars for Scholars are making a scholarship in honor of Anita. For all that knew her, you knew she was an amazing person and was extremely goal oriented. She carried three jobs and went to school over full time. She was an influential person in North Dakota so they are making a scholarship dedicated to her.
